AVP, Facilities Management
Todd Kerzie, Associate Vice President for Facilities Management, oversees a department of over 650 employees in Operations & Maintenance, Energy & Utility Services, Building & Residential Services, and Exterior & Axillary Services. Todd graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1991 and served in in the Marine Corps for 21 years, retiring in 2012. Todd joined Emory’s Campus Services in March 2013 with his experience in managing facilities at small, medium, and large Marine Corps installations. Upon his arrival, Todd realigned the Energy & Utilities organization, under a new Senior Director, in order to provide better utility support to the customer from the point of generation to the building. Additionally, Todd is currently leading his Building & Residential Services organization through an organizational and operational realignment which commenced August 2016. Todd enjoys organizational leadership, process improvement challenges, and is committed to supporting customers with the best, exemplary service possible.
Todd is a graduate of Emory’s Excellent Through Leadership course. (2015)
In addition to enjoying the camaraderie of his Facilities Management department and Campus Services organization at Emory, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife, Gina, and four sons; Logan, Connor, Hayden, and Blake.
