Preferred Subcontractors and Consultants
Campus Services maintains a list of preferred subcontractors and consultants that have performed satisfactorily for the University. Subcontractors and engineers are selected based on performance, competitive pricing, qualifications, familiarity of project requirements and industry reputation. Companies must work collaboratively with project team members and adhere to Emory’s Design and Construction Standards and design guidelines. Mechanical and Electrical engineers and subcontractors must be approved by Engineering Services prior to any contractual agreement on every project. Procurement of material and services must also follow Emory University’s contract, procurement and payment policy. Additional information can be found on the Contracts and Administration website.
