Planning, Design & Construction
Planning Design and Construction includes professional Capital Planners and Project Managers who coordinate and manage the design, construction and delivery of all new-building and renovation projects on Emory’s campuses. Their combined professional expertise provides innovative stewardship to maximize cooperation between the project owner, design teams and builders. PD&C also offers interior design, graphic design and accessibility consultation. See the other tabs on our site.
Emory team leaders prepare design and construction proposals for University committee approval and further supervise ongoing design review. They also maintain budget reports, coordinate construction schedules and administer contracts for all project consultants.
