
A project’s cost defines how its approval, budget and design are processed. The two thresholds for these phases of development are Capital Projects and Facilities Projects. All projects budgeted above $100,000 use the Capital Project process, and all projects budgeted below $100,000 use the Facilities project process.

A PDC project will always be assigned a PDC Planner/Project Manager with the support of the University Architect’s office to supervise the approval, development and completion of all work. The typical wage for a Capital Project Manager or Planner is $90.00/hr.
